An exhibition telling the story of the Townhouse’s years at the heart of the Little Red Town, from jail and courtroom, to post office and chemist, if the walls could talk we would hear about life in Kirriemuir from the 17th century to present day!

Venue

Gateway to the Glens Museum is situated in the townhouse, a building at the heart of Kirriemuir since 1604. The museum tells the story of Kirriemuir and the Angus Glens, visitors can uncover the history and personalities of the town that sparked AC/DC singer Bon Scott's musical career and inspired Peter Pan author JM Barrie.
